About Us
Revelations Healthcare Ltd was founded in 2013 and in 2024 the domiciliary care service was introduced. We are a fast-growing healthcare service provider, working tirelessly to ensure we provide a high-quality service. Our services are gradually establishing across the country. Our aim is to make a meaningful impact and contribute positively to the narrative of health and social care. Through our dedication and commitment, Revelations Healthcare Ltd have fostered the development of a unique, bespoke, person-centered support and care service. Revelations Healthcare Ltd.'s compassionate and hardworking staff and care team strive to maintain our reputation for providing high quality care. We have a variety of experts on-board, and we continue to recruit and fully train staff, carry out enhanced DBS checks and create a team of dedicated carers.
Our Services
Domiciliary care offers a solution to people needing some level of support so they can remain safe whilst living at their home. Our carers will maintain safety and comfort visiting the person at the time they need the support the most. Our carers can provide personal care, meals, medication, cleaning and friendship and any other support an individual needs. Following an assessment by one of our qualified care and needs assessors, a structured care plan will be completed, and it will be person-centered around an individuals needs and wishes. Visits required may at first be only for short periods such as for half an hour to an hour, up to 4 times daily. With time our services can be extended to include sitting-in services, two carer visits, sleep-overs, night shifts and or live-in care. All our staff are trained to provide high quality care services.
Personal Care
As a care service provider, our aim is to promote and encourage independence and confidence in our clients and feeling good and well in yourself plays a big part to achieve this. Personal care is a service that helps our clients to “feel good”, it could be something many of us take for granted such as difficulty bathing, washing, dressing and toileting. Help may be required owing to old age, injury, infection and may be temporary or permanent in nature. Our care staff assist with personal care on a day-to-day basis to maintain hygiene levels whilst promoting confidence and in turn independence. Assistance provided includes showering/bathing, shaving, oral hygiene, toileting and applying topical ointments.
Live-in Support
Live-in care offers a solution to people needing a lot of support so they can remain safe whilst living at their home. Our live-in carer will maintain safety and comfort 24/7, living with the client in their home. They will help with personal care, meal preparations, cleaning, accessing the community, daily-living activities, household chores, companionship and maintaining relationships with family and friends. A live-in carers role is to enhance and protect an individual's lifestyle providing personalised 1:1 care in the comfort of their own home.
Household/Domestic Services
We offer household and domestic cleaning service which include regular cleaning, laundry, ironing, shopping, medication collections, escort to appointments and or social engagements. All our staff are DBS checked and we complete stringent pre-employment recruitment checks. Our care staff are fully trained and insured for any eventuality in your home. We provide all PPE and cleaning materials,
Palliative & End of Life Care Specialised Care
Palliative & End of Life Care Specialised Care Our palliative care specialist service is recommended for people at any stage of a life threatening or chronic illness. We don’t intend to cure or treat the illness, but our carers will be there to ease their symptoms and side effects. End of life care service works to ensure people with progressive illnesses or nearing the end of their life are supported and comfortable in their own home. We provide the highest level of care via our professional, fully trained and experienced team of carers. This service is tailor made around your specific needs and overnight and live-in care can be provided if required.
Medication Assistance
Taking your medications as prescribed is essential if you need them on an ongoing basis. Our team of trained carers provide care tailored to meet your needs at a time that works for you and your medication schedule. Medication assistance ensures that an individual takes their medication at the right time, and the right dose is taken.
